ADMISSION
We are pleased to offer a tailor-made course for all persons holding a leadership office in Churches in The Bahamas. This course is also designed for persons who wish to become leaders in their local church in the future.
The one-year course is evenly spaced into five or six weekends which will allow for wider participation. Students are encouraged to grow spiritually and to enhance their leadership ability in general. Each student will have the opportunity to develop their significant area of ministry.
Courses are taught by men and women who are presently engaged in professional ministry and by additional professionals in areas specifically geared towards Leadership, Theological and Ministry Development. The goal of the course is to prepare students to become transformative leaders in their churches and communities.
The Church Leadership Certification Course is facilitated by The Centre for Leadership, Education and Training, (C-LET). Founded in 2008, C-LET offers a number of programmes in leadership training, ministry development and community work.
APPLY
C-LET recommends that all Students process their application through their Local Churches when registering for the Course. Churches may wish to sponsor some of their leaders for the course. We recommend that churches consider one person in each of the specialty areas. The Certification Course will be offered annually.

STUDY
Students who miss one or more of the scheduled weekends that make up the Certification Course will be required to repeat that particular weekend course in the next year before receiving their Leadership Certification.
We anticipate that Graduation for students who have completed the Course will take place in November, May or September of each year.
GRADUATE
All students will be required to complete all requirements for their Specialty Area.
The Certification Course is designed to be “User Friendly”. At C-LET, we believe that everyone can learn and grow!
